Thank you for shopping at A Chhori Clothing. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to A Chhori, accessible from www.achhori.com

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At achhori.com, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns, we offer a hassle-free exchange process to ensure you get the style and fit you love.


Easy Exchange Process

  • We do not accept returns, but you can easily request an exchange.
  • Just click on the ‘Exchange’ option on our website and select or write the reason for exchange.
  • Once we receive your request, our delivery partner will pick up the product from your location.

Exchange Value & Charges

  • Once we receive the garment at our warehouse, the balance amount will be credited to your achhori Wallet, after deducting a flat ₹100 pickup fee.
  • You can use this wallet balance to purchase any item of the same or higher value from our store.
  • If your new order total is lower, the remaining balance will stay in your wallet and can be used for future purchases.
  • If our delivery partners are unable to arrange a pickup for your return or exchange, the buyer will be required to courier the parcel back to us at the provided address. The courier slip must be shared with us on WhatsApp for tracking and confirmation.

One-Time Exchange

  • Please note that each order is eligible for exchange only once.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is unused and undamaged.
  • You provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Items made to your custom specifications or personalized.
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to their nature, have expired, or deteriorate rapidly.
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
